Discrimination, Harassment and Victimisation

If an employee believes that he/shehas been discriminated against, harassed or victimised in the workplace, they may be able to pursue a claim before the employment tribunal.

The law regarding discrimination is covered under the Equality Act 2010 and would concern protected characteristic such as sex, race or age.

We are able to advice on the merit of your claim and if appropriate assist you with pursuing or defending a claim on your behalf at an employment tribunal.
